
More About Gayle

Dr. Civish taught a course for ten years exploring Narratives of Spiritual and Religious Experiences to seminarians who were preparing for a career in the ministry. Please read the compelling results of her research in the Journal of Spirituality in Mental Health, Volume 15, Number 3, July-September, 2013. While practicing psychology, Dr. Civish served on the board of the Colorado Psychological Association and acted as liaison to the State of Colorado Grievance Board. In addition, Dr. Civish served as the Ethics Chair for the Colorado Society of School Psychologists. Currently a lifetime member of American Psychology Association, Dr. Civish once served as newsletter editor for Division 12, Clinical Psychology, Section 4.
Dr Civish has received certificates in clinical hypnosis from the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis and taught courses for them. In addition, Dr. Civish earned certificates in EMDR, Past and Between Lives Regression, and Guided Afterlife Connections. She has studied shamanic studies with Sandra Ingerman and tracking and survival with the late, great Tom Brown Jr.
